Filmmaker Sangeeth Sivan, known for films like Yamla Pagla Deewana 2, ‘Kya Kool Hain Hum’ and ‘Apna Sapna Money Money’, passed away at a private hospital in Mumbai while undergoing treatment. The cause of death is yet to be revealed.

Sangeeth Sivan was the eldest son of filmmaker Sivan. Sangeeth Sivan’s collaboration with Mohanlal in three of his films, namely Yodha, Gandharvam and Nirnayam have cult followings.
