The 2600 sq. ft. penthouse unit, located in the exclusive Walkerhill Podoville in Achiul Village, Guri, was purchased by the couple for $3.52 million in 2020. Its current value has now increased to a whopping $5.13 million.

– The penthouse unit’s price has risen by $1.61 million in just four years since Hyun Bin’s purchase.
– The couple has resided in the house for two years and is now seeking the help of real estate agents to sell it.
– The exclusive building consists of four floors with only seven residences, each inspired by the artistry of Dutch artist Mondrian.
– Residents of the building are treated to complimentary wine on the first floor, along with periodic interior renovations and a secret garden terrace on the top floor.
The penthouse itself boasts a sophisticated mix of marble and concrete, floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning views of the Seoul skyline, state-of-the-art kitchen appliances, an en-suite bathroom, and a walk-in closet. Actors Han So-Hee, Oh Yeon-seo, and singer Park Jin-young are also reported to be residents in the same building, making for celebrity neighbors.
Hyun Bin and Son Ye-Jin, who first gained immense popularity through their on-screen chemistry in “Crash Landing on You,” also starred together in the 2018 film “The Negotiation.” The couple tied the knot in March 2022 and announced the arrival of their first child, a baby boy, in November of the same year.
