Their love story began on the sets of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s films like Goliyon Ki Rasleela – Ram-Leela, Bajirao Mastani, and Kabir Khan’s 83. After dating for six years, Deepika and Ranveer tied the knot in a fairy-tale wedding at Lake Como, Italy, in October 2018. Earlier this year, the couple took to Instagram to announce that they are expecting their first child, much to the delight of their fans.
Moving on to their professional ventures, Deepika is gearing up for the release of Nag Ashwin’s sci-fi action-thriller Kalki 2898 AD, where she stars alongside a stellar cast including Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, and more. The film, made in Hindi and Telugu, promises an intriguing storyline set against the backdrop of ancient spirituality and a dystopian society.
Meanwhile, Deepika is also set to star in Rohit Shetty’s action-packed thriller Singham Again, a part of Rohit’s cop universe, alongside Ajay Devgn. Ranveer will be making a special appearance as his character from Simmba, teaming up once again with Ajay Devgn’s Bajirao Singham.
